On 18 September 2003, credit rating agency Moody's upgraded CMHK's senior unsecured rating from Baa2 to Baa1, ascribing a positive outlook to the rating. We were pleased to note the upgrade which better reflected the solid fundamentals and strong financial strength of the Company.
