26 Other Receivables, Prepayments and Other Current Assets
Other receivables primarily comprise interest receivable from banks, utilities deposits, and rental deposits, which are
expected to be recovered within one year except for utilities deposits and rental deposits.
Prepayments and other current assets primarily consist of rental prepayment.
27 Amounts Due from/to Ultimate Holding Company and Amount Due to Immediate
Holding Company
Amounts due from/to ultimate holding company are unsecured, interest free, repayable on demand and arose in the
ordinary course of business.
Amount due to immediate holding company represent interest payable on the deferred consideration payable (see note
31(b)), which is expected to be settled within one year.
