On 29th April 2008, China Mobile and Far EasTone Enter Into Share Subscription Agreement and Strategic Cooperation Agreement. Representing their companies，China Mobile Limited Chairman and CEO Mr. Wang Jianzhou and FareasTone Chairman Mr. Douglas Hsu signed the agreement.

On 24th April 2008, China Mobile Limited, SOFTBANK and Vodafone in agreement to establish a Joint Innovation Lab to develop mobile internet services. Representing their companies, Vodafone CEO Mr. Arun Sarin, China Mobile Limited Chairman and CEO Mr. Wang Jianzhou, SOFTBANK Chairman and CEO Mr. Masayoshi Son signed the agreement.

The Company's Annual General Meeting was held on 18th May, shareholders voted for the resolutions proposed at the meeting. Hong Kong Registrars Limited acted as scrutineer for the vote-taking at the AGM.
